Jack Bonham was the only loan player involved in action on Tuesday night, his Carlisle United side beating Barnet 3-1 at The Hive.
Barnet were largely on top in the early stages of the game and the 24-year-old had to make some good saves to keep the score low. A particular highlight came when he got across his goal to palm away a curling shot from the left by John Akinde.
It took until the early stages of the second half for Barnet to score the first goal, Ricardo Santos nodding the ball in from close range.
After an hour, it should have been game over from the home side's perspective. Akinde was awarded a penalty but missed the kick, sending the ball over the crossbar as Bonham watched in relief.
With 20 minutes to go, Ashley Nadesan scored to level things up as Barnet keeper Craig Ross came storming out of his box but couldn't beat the striker to the ball. Soon after it was two as The Bees lost their composure at the back and Richard Bennett got on the score sheet.
Jamie Devitt finished it off as the comeback was sealed with a goal that deflected through a crowd of players and eventually found the net with only minutes left in normal time.
The result moved United to within seven points off the play-off spots in League Two but Exeter City in sixth have two games in hand over Keith Curle's men.
Next up on the agenda, Carlisle travel to Yeovil Town on Saturday 24 February to try and repeat their 4-0 win over The Glovers in November.
