Referee: Oliver Langford
Assistant Referees: Ian Cooper and Samuel Lewis
Fourth Official: Robert Jones
Oliver is one of the longest-serving EFL referees, beginning his 12th season on the match officials list.
His first match in charge of The Bees was an eventful one as he sent off both Barry Fuller and Nathan Elder during a fiery 1-1 draw against Gillingham in December 2008. The West Midlands official, who took up officiating after his father told him off for disagreeing with a refereeing decision during a youth match, took charge of this corresponding fixture in October 2013 when an early Mark Bradley goal settled things in The Millers' favour.
Last season, Langford's two Brentford assignments both ended in defeats on the road, coming at the hands of Ipswich Town and Leeds United, taking his tally to four wins, six draws, and five losses from 15 matches.
