We recently got in touch with fans that hold an account in the current ticketing system, encouraging them to update their email address(es) as we work through our shift to the Club’s new ticketing partner. During the course of today those fans we previously contacted will receive another email, this one is to direct them to their account in our new ticketing system.
This step is to authenticate accounts and personalise passwords prior to us going on sale with 2018/19 Season Tickets next Tuesday, 10 April. It’s not ideal but we also need them to set up Friends and Family connections, it wasn’t something that we could transfer across in a suitable way.
Simply click on the link provided in the email to be taken to the new website, request a password and then wait for the system generated email* to arrive. We’d encourage those that go through this process to log in with their new password, check personal details and preferences.
