Brentford B have played dozens of games this season, travelling thousands of miles across Europe. As well as trips to Ireland, Italy and Portugal, many have been played on home soil. The majority of those games are played at the Club's Training Ground in Osterley.
The communications team from Bees United, the Brentford FC Supporters Trust, wanted to know a little more about the people that come and watch those games, many on weekday afternoons. They produced a video talking to some of the Bees fans and others that are entertained by Brentford B on a regular basis.
Brentford B will be playing one of their prestige fixtures this week. Kevin O’Connor’s side will face a team from Royal Sporting Club Anderlecht at Griffin Park this Friday, 13 March. The game will be played at Griffin Park and will kick-off at 7.30pm. Entry will be free and fans are encouraged to turn up and watch the next generation of Brentford players.
That game is the first of three matches in West London in eight days that Bees fans can watch. Brentford head to Fulham for a Sky Bet Championship fixture on Saturday as they continue to hunt for a Play-Off place. Then we will be back at Griffin Park next week, when we face local rivals Queens Park Rangers in our penultimate home fixture this season. Tickets our game against The R’s (Saturday 21 April) are available to previous ticket purchasers and selling fast so secure your place online here.
