Anderlecht: One week to go

Free entry as B Team face Belgian side next week

6 April 2018

Brentford B host Anderlecht at Griffin Park next week, Kevin O'Connor's side looking to make it seven wins from seven.

Friday's game is being hosted by Brentford FC Lifeline Society, now in their 32nd year, who have now raised over £2 million for the Club.

The B Team will get underway at 7:30pm next Friday, under the lights at the home of The Bees in West London. Entry is free for spectators, who have seen the likes of Manchester United and Manchester City play there in recent months.

The last fixture for Brentford B saw Manchester United go down 3-1 to The Bees. Ali Coote scored in the first half after an own goal from Jaakko Oksanen had opened the scoring for the opposition. Marcus Forss and Reece Cole added two in the second half to take home a victory for O'Connor's squad.

Look out this week for our build-up features including; B squad chat with Dean Smith and Allan Steele, interviews with B Team players, highlights from previous matches and a full preview to come on Friday.
