28 September 2017

This Sunday, Brentford B take on a Rangers XI at Jersey Road. Kick-off is 3pm and fans are welcome to come down to watch the game at the Club's West London base.

The B Team have played 12 games so far this season, against opposition that includes Benfica B, Southampton and Everton U23. They have a 75% win record so far this term, having picked up nine wins and losing the other three matches. Last time out, Brentford lost to a strong Luton Town side after returning from a tour of Germany which saw them beat Legia Warsaw but lose a narrow match 4-3 to Hertha Berlin.

So far this season, the Rangers Development squad have already played English sides in Brighton, Southampton and Manchester City. Now they come to West London to play their seventh official game of the campaign.

This season has seen Kevin O'Connor's side shift players in and out of the First Team picture. Some of the names that might feature on Sunday include players who have been seen at Griffin Park in recent weeks; Ilias Chatzitheodoridis, Chris Mepham and Theo Archibald to name a few.
