Dave Lane updates on Big Book of Griffin Park

Author talks about limited edition book to be launched next month

24 October 2017

The day that Brentford Football Club leaves Griffin Park, its proud home for more than 112 years, is edging ever closer. The Big Book of Griffin Park is being produced to provide the ultimate commemorative publication possible – it will be one of the largest Brentford books ever produced, containing a vast collection of wonderful photographs, stories and memorabilia from down the years – and will form an essential reminder that will be treasured for years to come.

Dave Lane, the book's author, has updated fans on the progress and what they can see in the book.

The limited edition, large format, hard-back book will be launched in November 2017 and an advanced purchase/name dedication scheme is now live to ensure Brentford fans can include their name, a family members' (past and present), or friends and loved ones’ details. We expect many  will want names included in a book that’ll provide the perfect Christmas present this year.

Time is running out to ensure a name you want goes in the book. This scheme will be available until 31 October, after which books will still be available, but we cannot guarantee name dedications are included. That means there is just one week to buy a copy and get a name in the book.

One name dedication (26 characters max) will be included free of charge per book purchase. Extra names (26 characters max) can be added per book purchase for £10 each (max three names in total per book purchase). Select the relevant option during online purchase.
