“We’re looking forward to the game. It’ll be a big test and I’m very pleased with both the calibre and variety of games we’re getting now. We have to go there with the right attitude and ensure over the next few days that the players are ready for that test”.
The two sides are well acquainted by now with Saturday's game being the fourth time that they have met in a little over a year. City have won the three previous games although they had to pull out all the stops in May as Kevin O'Connor's side were eventually beaten 4-2 under the lights at Griffin Park.
After he made his return to action on Tuesday against Exeter City, Lewis Macleod is expected to feature again on Saturday as he steps up his recovery from a serious knee-injury. However, O'Connor will be without a number of players from Tuesday's game with the first-team also in action and Zain Westbrooke having joined Leyton Orient on loan.
