Primary Schools Day a big success

Hundreds of youngsters watch Brentford beat Leeds

9 November 2017

On Saturday we saw The Bees put on an excellent display against Leeds United in our annual Primary Schools Day fixture. In our family area we were delighted to welcome nearly 400 young Bees fans, teachers and parents to Griffin Park.

All guests were invited to our Club Shop to collect their Goody Bags. They then met two players, Joe Hardy and Ali Coote, in our Family Area giving out sweets before they cheered The Bees to victory.  We would like to thank all the schools who participated in Primary Schools Day.

Congratulations to Mount Carmel and Green Dragon Primary School who brought the highest number of participants. As part of our 2017 Primary Schools Day winners, both schools were invited on the pitch with their signed football from Buzz and Buzzette, Not only this, they have won a First Team Player visit to their school.

Take a look back on the day with some photos and a thank you message from our very own Ali Coote below.
