Jozefzoon named Fanscore Man of the Match

Dutchman wins large share of the vote after free-kick against Burton

22 November 2017

Netting in last night's 1-1 draw wirth Burton Albion, with a free-kick into the top corner from just outside the box, Florian Jozefzoon has won the Fanscore Man of the Match with Fuller's.

Ben Turner's header in front of the away end managed to rescue a point for the away side at Griffin Park with their only shot on target of the night. That said, Brentford nabbed a point from the encounter and sit 13th in the Sky Bet Championship, just above Fulham and Norwich City.

Florian's performance down the right wing earned him a staggering 63.2% of the vote, a fair distance from Yoann Barbet in second place and Josh Clarke in third.

Fanscore allows fans to play against friends and family in mini-leagues on our Smartphone app with points awarded for predicting the half-time and full-time match scores, plus the first goal scorer and time, and the Man of the Match.

The app, which was launched last season, means you can stay in touch with Brentford wherever you are with the latest news, scores, tables, interviews, highlights, and much more all in one place.
