Last week, B Team Head Coach Kevin O'Connor and B Team Analyst Ben Chadwick both spoke to Bees Player ahead of the team's final two matches of the season.
Brentford B take on Orlando Pirates in a behind closed doors friendly this afternoon then in a week's time, Griffin Park will open up to the public for their season finale against Manchester City.
The City match kicks off at 7pm and offers free entry for all as O'Connor's side look to bring their 16/17 campaign to a close in style.
Speaking ahead of the fixture, Kevin said: "We've played them a couple of times, we've given them a good game. We're looking to win the game, we've run them close twice. I'm just looking for us to get that little extra yard and hopefully finish the season on a real high.
"We've had two or three really good games at Griffin Park with big crowds for us. We're hopefully going to get a decent crowd for that game.
"It's so important for their development just to be in the stadium and build up as the First Team would. We'll do the same again, we'll do a good pre-match, take it to the stadium and hopefully get a good performance."
The Bees have faced The Citizens twice already this season, losing 1-0 in July and then again 3-2 just last month. Ben is hopeful that the progression shown by the team can lead them to a victory on the final day.
Ben said: "With Man City, they've got really good players so it's difficult. They're probably the best players we have played against, barring maybe the Chelsea XI, just as individuals.
"The last time we played them we matched them for large periods and we had the best player on the pitch that day.
"I think the fact it is at Griffin Park helps, for sure. You get more of a buzz and hopefully we'll get a few people down. We did for Liverpool and Man United, and had two excellent performances in those games."
