The FMA Awards Dinner is the highlight of the FMA Conference weekend, now in it's fourth year, which recognises teams and individuals who have excellent during the current season. The Awards are designed to commend those medical teams who have contributed to professional football in terms of injury prevention, the treatment and management of injured players, and working together as a team.

A FMA spokesperson said: "To be shortlisted for Medical and Science Team of the year is a terrific accolade for the Club since the nominations are made by professional colleagues within the game who understand and appreciate the endeavours of medical and science departments during the season’s campaign.”
