Updated fixture news, what has been changed?

All the information on our fixture changes announced this week

This week, Brentford announced changes to four Sky Bet Championship matches and confirmed the venue for our pre-season fixture in Geneva. This is a round-up of everything you need to know about what happened and how things have changed.

On Tuesday, The Bees confirmed the details for a pre-season friendly that takes place on Saturday 15 July. After a week-long training camp in France, Brentford will play Lausanne Sport at Stade de Marcy de Saint-Prex in Switzerland. Kick-off has been set for 4pm local time, 3pm BST. The game is open to fans and details concerning admission prices will be announced soon.

Four EFL fixtures have been changed this week. The Bees' home match with Sheffield United has been moved forward 24 hours and will now take place on Good Friday, 30 March, kick-off 3pm.

Brentford's trip to Carrow Road to face Norwich City has had the opposite applied, and was pushed back to Friday 22 December at 7.45pm.

Games against Aston Villa and Birmingham City were also moved. The Boxing Day match with Villa was brought forward to 2pm, while the visit to Birmingham has changed to Wednesday 1 November, kick-off 7.45pm.

Finally, the next batch of Sky Bet Championship fixtures chosen for broadcast will be announced on Monday 3 July. Until then, all fixtures up to the end of August are subject to change.
