#FranceBees: The best of social media

Some things you might have missed from our Training Camp in Divonne-Les-Bains

12 July 2017

The Bees headed out to France on Saturday for a week-long Training Camp in Divonne-Les-Bains and we have got the best of the Social Media coverage so far

It was a painless journey from London to Geneva and then on to Divonne-Les-Bains, although we were sharing our hotel with some other famous sporting guests on Saturday night!

After settling in on the first night, it was straight down to work on a wet and wild Sunday.

Some players seemed to finding the gym work harder than others

Two sessions down on the first day and it was time for some 'entertainment'from our new players Manny Onariase, Kamo Mokotjo, Luke Daniels, and Henrik Dalsgaard

With pre-season designed to get you ready for the new season, Monday dawned with weather preparing the group for a wet Tuesday night in January

However, that didn't stop the players getting out and putting in the hard work again as Josh McEachran explained.

It wasn't all lung-bursting sessions however as Monday afternoon saw the boys enjoy, or not enjoy if you are Andreas Bjelland, a spot of Foot Golf

Tuesday dawned bright and very early for the French Bees with a 6.45am Hill Run up a local mountain.

After that it was straight back out onto the training pitches for a two-hour morning session, but the mood remained good.

There also appeared to be an imposter in our ranks as Yoann Barbet sported a new streamlined look after losing a bet with Physio Daryl Martin.

There was still time after all that for a third session of the day as the players took to the gym.

Not sure that it was quite the birthday Andreas Bjelland had planned.
