Earlier this month fans received an email inviting them to take part in a special survey. With progress in the past few weeks on plans to build the new Brentford Community Stadium, thoughts are being focussed on the last days of Griffin Park. Peter Gilham, the voice of Griffin Park for more than five decades, has been asking for input as the Club prepares to say goodbye...............
I’m sure you’ll join me in congratulating Matthew Benham and the team behind the new stadium project on the successful application for planning amendments to the new stadium – it really is wonderful news. As the time draws nearer for when we have to say goodbye to our beloved Griffin Park we wanted to take this opportunity to get your thoughts on how we go about doing this. We’ve created a survey we’d really like you to complete for us.
This survey has been created with input from all of the staff at Brentford FC and the fans group that is involved in our ongoing new stadium consultation. Each person that completes the survey will go in the draw to win one of three copies of the Big Book of Griffin Park signed by the First Team.
There’s a lot of work going on behind the scenes to ensure that we do this the right way but it's critical that we seek your thoughts early in the process. I’d like to thank you in advance for your ongoing support and taking the time to share your ideas.
Come on you Bees,
There are only a few days left to take part as the survey will close on Friday 22 December. The survey can be filled in here.
