Referee: Jeremy Simpson
Assistant Referees: Neil Davies and Darren Blunden
Fourth Official: Tim Robinson
Lancashire-based referee Jeremy Simpson will take charge of Friday's trip to Norwich City.
He has been given six previous Brentford matches, starting with our dramatic 3-2 win at home to Portsmouth in April 2013. After officiating defeats against Middlesbrough and Derby County during the 2015/16 season, the drama returned last season as he refereed our 1-1 draw at Aston Villa and our six-goal thriller at Griffin Park against Brighton and Hove Albion. This season, he took charge of our 2-1 defeat at Sheffield Wednesday back in September.
So far this season, Simpson has shown 88 yellow cards, and five red cards, in 21 competitive fixtures.
