Italy Under-19s beat Finland Under-19s 5-0 in Brescia this week, with B Team striker Marcus Forss getting himself the first 45 minutes.
In the presence of Italian Under-21 coach Luigi Di Biagio, the young home side were clinical and dominant in a game that was out of Finland's reach by half time.
Despite the visitors hitting the post in the early stages, it was Italy who found their feet and started the scoring through Roma's Andrea Marcucci. The 18-year-old hit one from outside the box that found the net and got his team going.
Atalanta midfielder Filippo Melegoni then scored within the first half an hour, only for Antonio Candela and Nicolò Zaniolo to score one each before the break.
Continuing his recovery from injury, Forss came off after 45 minutes. With the score at 4-0 after the restart, Finland rallied and Italy were only able to add one more goal to their tally. Alessandro Bastoni, also of Atalanta, notched the final goal.
