Brentford Football Club has entered into a new partnership with local signage and display company Octink, with the Brentford based firm signing up to be an Official Supplier of the Club. Octink has previously worked with the Club and the Brentford FC Community Sports Trust for many years and has installed most of the signage and display advertising at Griffin Park and the Club’s Jersey Road Training Ground, as well as other relevant locations. The partnership, the Club’s first Official Supplier arrangement, will see this relationship formalised.
The partnership is part of the Club’s commitment to work with businesses in the local area. Octink – based in Commerce Road, Brentford – will be the Club’s supplier of display graphics and signage and as part of the deal the company will have their brand displayed on Brentford’s new LED perimeter signage, to be installed in the coming months, and elsewhere on the Club’s digital platforms.
James Parkinson, Brentford FC Commercial Director, said: “Brentford Football Club is delighted to welcome Octink as an Official Club supplier. Octink, who amongst their number employ Brentford fans, hold a wealth of experience within the signage field. This expertise benefited the Club during our recent crest changeover and will certainly help us during our move to the new stadium. Brentford are continuously looking to expand our partnerships and work closely with our current and proposed supply chain.”
Mike Freely, Managing Director of Octink, added: “We have worked in partnership with Brentford FC and the Community Sports Trust for many years and we’re therefore delighted to formulise things and become an Official Supplier. It is clear that this is a club with big plans and aspirations and we look forward to adding our expertise and support during what promises to be some exciting years ahead.”
