Mads Bech Sorensen, Lukas Talbro, and Marcus Forss were all involved for their respective Under-19s on Wednesday as the international action for Brentford players got underway.
In Sandefjord, Mads Bech Sorensen led Denmark to a 4-2 victory over Sweden in their Four Nations Tournament opener. Inter Milan's Jens Odgaard scored a first-half hat-trick, with Andreas Poulsen grabbing the fourth, as Henrik Clausen's side wrapped the game up before the interval.
Henrik Bellmann pulled another one back after the break but The Danes held on to book their spot in Saturday's final, where they will face Austria. Mads played the full 90 minutes during yesterday's win, earning his third Under-19 cap, while Lukas came off the bench to make his debut at this age level.
Marcus Forss also played the full 90 minutes in Finland's opening day defeat to Portugal in their Four Nations Tournament on home soil. Mickael Almeida opened the scoring in Seinäjoki after just eight minutes with Elvis Balde and Rafael Leao also on target after the break. In the other game, Belgium beat Holland 2-1 and it is the Belgians who are next up for Marcus and Finland on Friday.
