Two-goal Spaniard delighted with big win at Griffin Park
Spanish winger Jota was delighted to come away from Griffin Park with a good win against Derby County on Good Friday. The 25-year-old spoke to Bees Player after his side's 4-0 win over The Rams and was quick to praise his fellow Bees.
"I'm very happy," said Jota. "I think the team gave a big performance, everyone played very well. I'm very happy for the three points, the four goals and they didn't score. The last three games at home, we have won every game and the other teams haven't scored.
"Always when you can score it is good, but I think the most important thing is the three points for the team. The performance, the team have a very good level and I think if you score it's good but when the team play very well I am very happy."
The Bees have had some tough opponents in recent weeks, and come away with a majority of wins. Jota admitted that he is having fun in the side at the moment.
"This month I have enjoyed a lot," said Jota. "Every game we've played very well, I think it's a family in the changing room and my comeback was very easy.
"I think we can win every game until the last day of the season. We've won against Aston Villa, Leeds and Derby County. I think the team are at a very good level, we have great players and the result say we can win against any team."
