Seat release explained

24 April 2017

Find out all you need to know as we work through releasing seats that haven’t been renewed

With the Seat Hold Deadline for existing Season Ticket Holders now closed we wanted to give fans an outline of the key dates and times across this week as we work through seat release.
We’re now off sale until 10am on Wednesday to allow the Ticket Office time to process the overwhelming number of paper renewals we’ve received today. They will also be liaising with those fans that were affected by the gantry changes, to give them the best chance of relocating to an alternative area. We’ll still be accepting completed paper application forms in person and by post.
Existing Season Ticket Holders looking to move
For those that didn’t renew today, you’ll get exclusive access to released seats when we go back on sale. So if you’re looking to move for next season, your exclusive access runs from Wednesday at 10am until Thursday at 4pm and this move can be done online.
For those of you looking to introduce a friend or family member and need to move to sit with them, please call the Ticket Office on 0208 847 2511 at anytime between 10am on Wednesday and 4pm on Thursday. To help make this call as quick as possible, it would be worth getting them to set up an account online and connect with you via the Friends and Family function.
Got a Season Ticket on the Ealing Road Terrace?
While the Seat Hold Deadline isn’t relevant to you as an Ealing Road Season Ticket Holder, for those who are looking to renew this week or possible move to either the New Road or Braemar Road Stands then here’s some information that you might find useful.
Are you a Club Member wanting to upgrade for next season?
16/17 Club Members get priority access with existing STH to released seats from Thursday 4pm till Friday 4pm – 24 hour window to upgrade and secure released seats, they’ll also have the ability to introduce people if they call/visit between 10am and 4pm on Friday when the Ticket Office is open for sales.
Buying for the first time?
We’d encourage fans who are joinng us for the first time as a Season Ticket Holder or those after help selecting their seats to email with “Call Back” in the subject line and include a brief explanation of what you’d like to talk through. The team in the Ticket Office will get back to you at their earliest convenience.
