Help us stop men dying too young

21 November 2016

Brentford supporting Mo Bros and Mo Sistas at our game against Birmingham City

This Movember we are joining the fight to stop men dying too young at our game against Birmingham City on Saturday 26 November. Alongside the Movember Foundation, Prostate Cancer UK, and the Institute for Cancer Research we are lending our support to the Movember movement to raise awareness about the most common cause of cancer in Men.

More than 10,000 men die from Prostate Cancer in the UK every year and since its inception the Movember movement has raised £440m and funding over 1,200 projects focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer and suicide prevention around the world, whilst positively challenging the way in which men’s health issues are researched and addressed.

We are asking supporters participating in Movember to share their Mo growing stories with our Twitter account with a day of activities planned for our game against Birmingham City at Griffin Park on Saturday 26 November. We will share the Mo Pages of supporters participating in Movember on our Twitter account. On matchday, the Mo Bros with the five best Mos will be presented on the pitch at Griffin Park and news story outlining their successes included in our post-match email to fans.

Join the fight at and sign up or donate to help stop men dying too young.
