Andy Gogia played 90 minutes as Dynamo Dresden notched up a fifth win in nine 2.Bundesliga matches following Sunday’s 2-1 success over Armenia Bielefeld. Dresden took an early lead through Stefan Kutschke but struggling Bielefeld levelled ten minutes after the break thanks to Fabian Klos’s left-footed effort. However, Dynamo weren’t to be denied victory as Kutschke turned provider for Pascal Testroet to head home with nine minutes to play. The victory leaves Dresden seventh in the table ahead of the German winter break. Andy has started Dresden’s last 14 league matches, scoring seven goals, since agreeing a season-long loan deal.

Nathan Fox played the full game as Margate’s wait for a win goes on after Saturday’s 1-0 defeat away at Hungerford Town in the National League South. The Gate haven’t won since early October and this latest defeat, handed to them by Alan O'Brien’s late goal, leaves them second-bottom at Christmas. Nathan, who joined The Gate earlier this month, came close to levelling things late on but was twice denied by George Legg.

There was no action for Herson Alves or Jota over the weekend as they were left out of the Sutton United and SD Eibar matchday squads. Sutton took all three points against Wrexham at Gander Green Lane, the only goal of the game coming in the fourth minute as Martin Riley deflected the ball into his own net from a long-throw. The victory leaves Sutton 14th in the National League, ahead of their Boxing Day trip to Bromley. In La Liga, Eibar took a point on the road at CD Leganes after a 1-1 draw: former Manchester United striker Bebe on target in the second-half to cancel our Miguel Guerrero’s early strike.
