Brentford Manager Mark Warburton has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month award for January 2015.

The Bees lost just one league match in January, picking up nine points along the way.

His side now sits in fifth place, having consolidated their place in the Play-Off pack.

This run has earned Mark a nomination for the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month award for January.

Mark won the award for November last year and has been nominated again for his side’s recent fine form.

In January, Brentford won three, and lost one of their four Championship matches.

The month started with a home win against Rotherham United two more wins – both away – against Brighton and Hove Albion and Norwich City.

Mark has been nominated alongside Aitor Karanka (Middlesbrough), Steve McClaren (Derby County), and Neil Redfearn (Leeds United).

The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ Football League expert Don Goodman. Football League Head of Communications John Nagle, League Managers’ Association Director Olaf Dixon, and Sky Bet Football Trading Manager Paul Lowery.

The nominations for Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month for January are Odion Ighalo (Watford), Luke Murphy (Leeds United), Richard Stearman (Wolverhampton Wanderers, and Lee Tomlin (Middlesbrough).

The winners of both prizes will be announced on Friday, February 6.
