Ose Aibangee, Brentford FC Academy Director, said: “I was absolutely delighted with the performance and results of our young team.
“It was quite an honour for Brentford FC to be invited to host such a tournament.
“We started a little nervously and picked up four points from 12 in the morning.
“But our displays in the afternoon were fantastic, we won all four games and scored eight, conceding none.
“It was a great day for the Club, welcoming some of the biggest names in world football to our Training Ground, and showed we are respected as an Academy and a Club that can host such an event with players capable of taking part.
“The players showed their quality on the day and it was a great test for them.
“I am sure it will help their development.
“I would also like to thank all the Academy staff, ground staff and stewards who worked hard at short notice to ensure we could host the event.”
