Brentford Club Captain makes appearance number 500 against Stevenage at Griffin Park - see a full list of his games

When Tony Craig was withdrawn with a head injury 26 minutes in to the final game of the Sky Bet League One game against Stevenage, history was made at Griffin Park.
Club Captain Kevin O'Connor stepped on to the field on the final day of the League One season to make appearance number 500 for Brentford.
He became only the fourth player in Brentford history to feature in 500 games for the Club, after Ken Coote, Peter Gelson and Jamie Bates.
It was also Football League game number 420 for the skipper, putting him third on the all-time Brentford Football League appearance list, behind Ken Coote and Peter Gelson.
Kevin's First Team career started on Tuesday February 15 when he came on as a substitute in a Football League Trophy defeat to Exeter City.
A full list of Kevin's First Team games can be seen on the following file - Kevin O'Connor 500 games.

Further celebration of Kevin reaching 500 Brentford games will follow on the official website in the next few days.
