George Pilbeam and Montell Moore have moved to Burnham on Work Experience deal.

Youth Team duo George Pilbeam and Montell Moore have joined Burnham FC on work experience.
The 18-year-olds joined up with their teammates today and are expected to feature in Burnham’s squad for their league trip to Weymouth this evening should it beat the weather.
Burnham sit 14th in the Calor League Premier Division table but have lost three of their last four games conceding 15 goals.
George was named Youth Team Player of the Year last year as a first-year scholar having made 20 appearances in league and cup.
This season the defender, who can also play in midfield, has made 13 appearances for the Youth Team scoring in the defeat at home to Cardiff City.
Montell is the Youth Team’s top scorer this season having netted seven goals in 13 league appearances as well as scoring in the First and Second Rounds of the FA Youth Cup.
The striker was also joint top scorer in the U18 Professional Development League Two South last season as a first-year scholar with four goals.
Work experience loan deals can be recalled at any notice should Montell or George be required by Brentford.
Academy Director Ose Aibangee said: “This is a great opportunity to get two of our older scholars out to experience men’s football for the first-time.
“Both George and Montell have a great number of Youth Team games under their belt but this will be a new challenge for them.
“Joe Maloney has already spent a successful spell at Burnham this season so we know we are sending George and Montell to a good club.
“Montell has a good goal-scoring record in Youth Team football but the challenge for him now is to translate that into goals in men’s football.
“As second-year scholars decisions will be made on future contracts in the coming months and this loan spell is a good chance for both George and Montell to show they have what it takes to play men’s football and earn Development Squad contracts for next season and beyond.”
