Season ends for Brentford's players out on loan

Paul Hayes played his final game for Crawley Town on Saturday and helped the Sussex side to another point.

The striker made his 11th and last appearance for Crawley in the final day of the season match against Hartlepool United.

He came on midway through the second half with the score at 0-0.

The sides shared four late goals and also the points as the game ended 2-2.

Crawley finished tenth in npower League One and Paul is now back at Brentford and available for the npower League One Play-Offs.

Brentford have had four young players out on loan at clubs who have finished their seasons.

Development Squad central defender Alfie Mawson has been with Maidenhead United but injury prevented him playing in their 1-0 final day Blue Square Bet South defeat to Billericay Town.

Youth Team defender Stefan Tomasevic was not selected for Hayes and Yeading United’s final game of the Blue Square Bet South season – a 2-0 defeat to AFC Hornchurch.

Brentford scholars Josh Clarke and Tyrell Miller-Rodney have been with Carshalton Athletic, of the Ryman Premier League, on work experience.

Tyrell played in Carshalton’s final game of the season and set up the first goal in a 2-1 win over Enfield Town.

Carshalton won five of their last six games but were relegated on goal difference.
