Youth Team manager leaves Brentford

Louis Lancaster has left his position as Brentford Football Club Youth Team Manager.
Louis arrived at the Club in the summer to take charge of the Under-18 side.
He had been working in Dubai for the past two years having previously worked with Arsenal Ladies, and Tottenham Hotspur.
Jon De Souza – the Club’s Development Squad Manager, who was Youth Team Manager last season – will take over the reins in the short term while a permanent replacement is sought.
Ose Aibangee, Brentford Football Club Director of Youth Development, said: “It is unfortunate that it has not quite worked out for Louis at Brentford.
“He is one of the most qualified coaches in the country and one of the most respected and we have seen his skills first hand.
“He has worked very hard during his time at Brentford.
“We wish him all the best for the future and hope to be in a position to announce a new Youth Team Manager shortly.”
