Brentford B's final game of 2018 will see them take on Queens Park Rangers today at Jersey Road. Fans are welcome to The Bees' training ground in Osterley for a 1pm kick-off.
The R's have faced Brentford at this level four times in the last two seasons. The last meeting between these two teams ended in a 3-2 win for the boys in red and white, Joe Hardy netting a late goal at the start of October.
Only five members of the second squad have scored against Rangers for Brentford B, including Hardy's brace this season. Current Dagenham & Redbridge defender Manny Onariase scored the first goal against them in the first meeting between the two teams in 2016. Herson Rodrigues Alves, now of Maidenhead United, and Justin Shaibu, on loan at Boreham Wood, also scored that day.
The R's then won two in a row in 2017, a 2-0 win on Rico Henry's return to the side followed by a 3-0 win at Griffin Park. This year's 3-2 victory also saw Kolbeinn Finnsson net for The Bees, both him and Hardy are in line to start this final game as well.
The B Team come into this one on a run of three wins in five in all competitions. The Italy Tour saw the team collect two wins and a draw, beating Brescia 4-3 and Chiasso 2-1 either side of a 2-2 draw with RB Salzburg.
Jaakko Oksanen is out with an ankle injury he picked up against Met Police FC, while Jarvis Edobor is out on loan at Maidstone United. New signing Jayden Onen could get his first game time since joining the squad earlier this week.
The match will be live streamed on our YouTube channel from the training ground, the feed starting at around 12.55pm. You'll be able to find highlights and full reaction from the game online and on our social media pages.
