Celebrity Chef Takeover - Tom Booton
Tom Booton entered professional kitchens at just fifteen and has since become one of the UK's most exciting chefs. By the age of 24, he had retained a Michelin star at The Westbury and later became the youngest ever head chef at The Grill at The Dorchester. His rapid rise, driven by talent and determination, made him one of London’s most talked-about chefs, with appearances including BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen. Growing up in Colchester with parents in demanding jobs, Tom didn’t have a strong early connection to food, but learned perseverance young — a trait his first head chef predicted would make him a success.
