Thomas Frank was proud of Brentford's performance against league leaders Arsenal, but thought his side deserved to win.
The Bees extended their unbeaten run in the Premier League to 10 matches with a 1-1 draw at the Emirates.
“We deserved to win,” Frank began.
“It was more than a well-deserved point. If there should have been a winner, then it should have been us if you look at the bigger chances, especially during the first half.
“The attitude and the effort was fantastic.
“I’m so proud and I hope the fans, who were fantastic again today, are very proud as well.”
Frank continued: “The players and the staff, everyone should be proud of being part of this journey.
“We come here, they’re trying to win the title, and they go up 1-0. The stadium explodes. But we stay in the game and we’re cool. It was so good.”
