Brentford super-fan Woody will welcome visiting supporters to the Gtech Community Stadium this season.
He will also shine a light on some of the inclusivity initiatives that Premier League sides support in their own towns and cities.
Woody and his beaming smile became a regular feature in our last years at Griffin Park and now, more recently, at the Gtech Community Stadium.
He was there for our first-ever Premier League game when we beat Arsenal and, when Head Coach Thomas Frank spotted him in the North Stand, the two shared a moment that was caught on camera and went viral on social media.
And now the Bees supporter will welcome other fans to West London, which he did for the first home game of this campaign when we beat Manchester United last Saturday.
Woody was joined by Red Devils supporters Sean and Tony, who brought Woody his own United shirt, which led to a player-style shirt swap before the game.
On the Woody Welcomes website, some of the schemes that the Club run to help the local community have also been highlighted, including the powerchair football sessions and Partner Schools Programme.
Natalie O’Rourke, Woody’s mum, said: “Football has brought out the best in Woody, and it's also made us think of all the good that a team like Brentford does for their local community through the power of football.
“So, what we wanted to do for this season is for Woody to shine a light back on the Premier League clubs visiting the Gtech Community Stadium this year and to pick out a few of the many, many projects they all support and the lives they enhance.”
