We are still not back to having a usual matchday experience but some of the normal routines will be in place at our new home. One of those will be that Peter Gilham – the longest-serving matchday announcer in the country – will be at the game, as he has been at all our home games at our new stadium. There have been the usual matchday announcements of teams and goal scorers and he is also reading out your messages.

Have a look and a listen to some of what Peter Gilham, Brentford's long-serving matchday announcer, was able to read out at our new stadium against Swansea City on Tuesday. We requested messages from fans and they arrived in their droves. Can you hear yours?

The Bees welcome Middlesbrough to our new stadium tomorrow, Saturday 7 November, in a match that will kick-off at 3pm. The game will, unfortunately, be behind closed doors but will be broadcast live on iFollow. We hope fans will be able to hear Peter and have a little more Brentford coming in to their homes.

As part of this, we are collating messages for Peter to read out at this game. It is intended this will continue at our remaining home games until we can welcome fans back. If you have a message, please send it to [email protected] by 4pm today, Friday. Please keep them short so we can read as many out as possible. Please note, we cannot guarantee reading out all messages but will try to read as many as possible.

Season Ticket Holders that agreed to freeze their seats for the current campaign in to 2021/22 now have iFollow VIP access. They can watch the game on Saturday when they log in to their iFollow account. See more here.

If you are not in that category, you can watch The Bees against Middlesbrough on iFollow. It is the only place to see the action in full and will come with a Brentford-biased commentary from inside the stadium. Buy your Match Pass and watch the game as we take on Boro.
