The process of refunding Brentford supporters for unused Season Tickets or individual Match Tickets for the last games of the 2019/20 season is now almost complete. Earlier in the summer we contacted Brentford supporters who have Season Tickets or who purchased individual Match Tickets for the last five home games of our Farewell Griffin Park season. The final games of the campaign were played behind closed doors, with no fans allowed to attend.

Many supporters chose not to receive a refund for the Season Tickets or Match Tickets and were able to #BeeThere even if they couldn’t be there with their face on a banner at Griffin Park for the final games. Brentford FC face masks were also sent, and Junior Season Ticket Holders received a Club Shop voucher. We are very grateful to those that were able to do this and chose to take up this option.

Those fans that requested a credit to their ticketing account for future match ticket purchases or Club Membership fees or to receive a full refund will have noticed a slight delay in this process. We apologise to fans for this. This process is, however, now almost complete.

Supporters with individual Match Tickets should have received an email last week confirming the refund or credit has been processed. This can take up to three days to appear in your bank account or back on your card. If you have not received an email from us and were expecting one, please email us at [email protected].

The next, and final, step of the process is to refund Season Ticket Holders. This is underway will take a few days to complete. Supporters will receive an email when the refund has been processed but the money may take a few days to reach your account. Please note, Season Ticket Holders who bought additional Match Tickets will receive two emails. If you have any queries about the process or timings, please email us at [email protected].

All at Brentford FC are very grateful to those fans who were able to take the option of not receiving a refund. At a time when we are still unable to generate much revenue, this has been of great assistance to us. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected].
