Brentford fans can now register their interest for our walk-in digital ticketing support sessions.
Use these sessions to get in-person help with essential digital ticketing processes and have your questions answered by our team.
From this season onwards, Brentford home tickets will be digital*.
To help you get ready, we recommend using our how-to guides, instructional videos and FAQs so you’re up to speed before your next visit to Gtech Community Stadium.
For fans that have used these guides but need extra support, you can now register your interest to attend a walk-in support session on either Tuesday 22 July or Wednesday 30 July at the Gtech.
These will be led by Brentford’s box office team who will be there to guide you through everything.
The sessions are designed to help you get familiar with some essential digital ticketing processes, such as logging in to your account and practicing scanning your ticket at the turnstile. You’ll also be able to ask any questions you have on the day for one-to-one support.
You will not need a match ticket or season ticket to join a walk-in session. We will issue you a test ticket that we will use to guide you through each process.
*Unless you’ve let the club know that you’re unable to access digital tickets.
