Sky Bet are looking for community heroes to feature in an end-of season campaign. For this season’s Play-Offs, the EFL's title sponsor are celebrating not just the featured teams, players and staff who’ve stepped up on the pitch… but the collective fanbases from across the EFL who have supported their communities through thick and thin this season. And those that take part could receive a very special reward.

From foodbank volunteers to NHS fundraisers - Sky Bet are calling on anyone who has supported their community this season to feature in our campaign. And there will be a once in a lifetime reward for selected participants. More information can be seen here and below.
