The three teams that relegated from the Premier League have been confirmed:

Yesterday, they were joined by Derby County, who lost the Championship Play-Off Final to Queens Park Rangers and will be in the second tier again next season.
The Bees will also face Brighton and Hove Albion and Wigan Athletic, who lost in the Play-Off semi-finals and the following 14 teams that were in The Championship this season and will not be going up or down:

In addition Wolverhampton Wanderers have secured their place in The Championship, winning promotion alongside Brentford.
The last team that will be in The Sky Bet Championship next season will be decided today, Sunday May 25.
Leyton Orient will play Rotherham United in the League One Play-Off Final and the winners will be in the second tier.
