Brentford supporters are reminded that the Club sent emails to those who have Season Tickets or who have purchased individual Match Tickets for any of our last five home games on Friday 12 June. Full information can be seen here.
If you have not received an email from us please, in the first instance, check any spam or junk folders. If you still do not have it, please fill in the online form via one of the links below and we will make further contact with you. If we do not have an email address for you, our Box Office Team will call early next week to make arrangements with you.
Fans should note that there are short deadlines for responses to the emails in order to make sure those fans that want to watch games can do so.
Supporters with Match Tickets should click here to report that they have not received an email
Season Ticket Holders should click here to report that they have not received an email
Please note, Season Ticket Holders who bought additional Match Tickets will receive two emails. Please also report, via the buttons above, if you are a Season Ticket Holder and have not received the emails you think you should have.
While on our website please check your ticket account details are accurate. We will use these to communicate with you throughout this process. You can check your communication preferences whilst in your account. You may have unsubscribed from email or text communications which overrides your preferences and means you may be missing out on key updates. Simply fill in your details at brentfordfc.com/resubscribe. If you have any queries, please email us at [email protected].
