The Premier League Primary Stars project has used World Day for Physical Activity to remind of ways it can help young people. The Premier League's Primary Stars scheme provides free, flexible and easy-to-use curriculum-linked teaching resources for schools. Using the power of football, the programme offers a host of free resources to teachers and pupils to encourage youngsters to learn, be active and develop important life skills.

World Day for Physical Acitivity was held at the start of April. It is used as a way to promote being active every day to achieve optimal health benefits. The Premier League shared some of what it can offer to help young people. See more here and below.

Primary Stars supports with PE lessons as well as academic subjects. Football has been used to help with reading and a variety of maths topics as well as other subjects. But not only does Primary Stars help with education resources, it also offers advice on how to help young people in other ways, like staying active.
