The Premier League has become a corporate member of Women in Football. Through the partnership, Premier League employees will benefit from access to workshops, mentoring and group coaching provided by Women in Football. These will cover areas including navigating change, resilience and inspiring and motivating others.

Female employees will be able to further their individual development by taking part in the Women in Football leadership course, which aims to enhance critical leadership skills, including negotiation and decision-making as well as project and time management. The partnership will also provide staff at the 92 professional football club community organisations, funded by the Premier League via the Premier League Charitable Fund, with appropriate support to aid the development of their equality and diversity policy. This includes Brentford FC Community Sports Trust

Premier League Chief Executive Richard Masters said: "The Premier League is committed to promoting equality and tackling discrimination. This partnership adds to our existing wide-ranging work aiming to ensure the Premier League is an inclusive environment for all. We look forward to working with Women in Football to as we continue to enhance our equality, diversity and inclusion practices across the League.”
