We will be producing one final programme at Griffin Park after Wednesday night's third-place league finish confirmed a play-off semi-final against Swansea City.

The first leg takes place this weekend, Sunday 26 July, in South Wales with the return fixture the following Wednesday 29 July at Griffin Park. The Play-Off Final will take place on Tuesday 4 August at Wembley Stadium.
