Last week, tickets for our decisive Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Semi-Final home leg went on sale to frozen Season Ticket Holders (STH) with more than 3,000 Ticket Access Points (TAPs). There was a strong response with more than 75 per cent taking up their option for a ticket and booking their place at our new home on Saturday. At the same time, we opened up a ballot for General Admission tickets for all eligible frozen STH and Premium Seat Holders that didn’t purchase their relevant place via the TAPs process.

Following this process, we have more than 1,000 remaining tickets that have today been allocated to those who have been successful in this morning’s ballot.

We will be sending communications out at 12noon today, Tuesday 18 May, to all those that registered for the ballot, whether you have been successful or not. These emails can take a few minutes to arrive. If you have not received one, you can go to your Brentford FC Ticketing account after midday to see if you have been successful.

Tickets will be available to purchase for 48 hours, with the deadline 12noon on Thursday, 20 May.

We will run a final, smaller Ballot on Thursday afternoon for any tickets that haven’t been claimed, with those successful having the opportunity to buy any remaining tickets on Friday.

Please note:

We fully appreciate there will be some disappointed Bees fans at the end of this process, and we are incredibly disappointed that we cannot play in front of a packed stadium. We share your frustrations and thank you for your understanding.
