The new Bees website launches this week with a number of new features to explore and new content to consume. To make the most of the new platform you’ll need to register for single-sign-on.

One log-in for all our platforms

A single-sign-on solution will mean you only have to log in once, with the same details for ticketing, video, Bees Store, the predictor and the Brentford FC App. All your details and communication preferences will be managed in one place. In order to register for this, if you have an existing ticketing account, you will be required, from Wednesday onwards, to reset your password. You will be required to reset your password before making any ticket purchases.

Check your inbox on Wednesday

On Wednesday 20 July you will receive an email reminding you to reset your password. Once you have triggered your password reset you will receive a verification email from [email protected] - please check your inbox and your junk folder. You will need to do this to ensure you can log-on to be able to purchase tickets in the up-and-coming sales windows.

New registrations on Ticketing site and Online Shop suspended for two days

To prepare for this, new registrations on the Shop and Ticketing websites must be suspended this afternoon (Monday 18 July) and tomorrow (Tuesday 19 July) through to the afternoon of Wednesday 20 July. Only those fans with an existing Ticketing login will be able to access their account and make ticket purchases throughout this period. On shop.brentfordfc.com fans won’t be able to log into their accounts, but will be able to make purchases via the guest checkout across these two days.
