More tickets are being made available for fans to get a last chance to visit our beloved Griffin Park. We announced earlier this month that a short (socially distanced) tour had been arranged with an opportunity to take a few photos at designated points. We experienced a very high demand and Season Ticket Holders secured every spot, even when more were released.
In order to try and accommodate as many Season Ticket Holders as possible, we’ve managed to add two new dates for visits. Further tickets have been made available on Thursday 27 August and Friday 28 August. Tour slots will be every 15 minutes from 9.30am until 7pm. Details of how to book has been sent to Season Ticket Holders.
Each group will be accompanied by a member of staff who will point out some key points from the history of Griffin Park on the way round. The tour will follow a strict route around the stadium and fans will not be able to break away from the group, although we will endeavour to give fans the opportunity to take a photo somewhere near where they sat (or stood) along the way. These tours are free of charge and have been offered to Season Ticket Holders from our Farewell Griffin Park season with fans able to book for a maximum of two people per booking.
Those attending should note that they need to be in a group with one Season Ticket Holder between every two attendees, no Season Ticket Holder can attend more than once and any group that does not include a valid 2019/20 Season Ticket Holder will not be allowed entry. Fans that do not meet these criteria and now wish to cancel their booking can do so via the link sent. Any Season Ticket Holders aged 16 or under will need to attend with someone aged 18 or over.
We request that those that receive the link do not share it. This will ensure that Season Ticket Holders have the best opportunity to gain access. Please note, if you are using an email address across multiple Season Ticket accounts, you will only receive one email. Season Ticket Holders who have already booked a place on the event will not receive an email.
We will need to take the details of all participants on the tour (in line with government guidelines) and a medical questionnaire will need to be completed up to 48 hours prior to the tour. Other measures (such as the wearing of face masks* and the use of hand sanitiser) will also be required.
We hope this won't happen, but should any Government guidelines change, we may have to cancel the visits - we will try to give you as much notice as possible if we need to do that. Please note that the standard tours will involve steps. If you require a step-free tour, please contact us at [email protected] and we can organise this with you separately.
If you were a 2019/20 Season Ticket Holder and haven’t receive any email, you might be missing other important information from us. Please log in to your ticketing account here where you can check your communication preferences. You may have unsubscribed from email or text communications which overrides your preferences and means you may be missing out on key updates. Simply fill in your details at brentfordfc.com/resubscribe. If you have any queries, please email us at [email protected].
*If you have a medical exemption from wearing a face mask, please inform us in advance.
