Mark Warburton has said that it's the worst two minutes in football.

But as is tradition, all new staff on their first away trip - must take part in the initiation, also known as Brentford's Got Talent.

This year, the Milk Cup saw the first away trips for Academy Conditioning Coach Byron Chowels, Academy Goalkeeping Coach Jani Viander, Academy Transport Manager Graham Ashley, Video Content Manager Sean Ridley and Analyst Xarius Desai.

Due to the excitement of the crowd, Byron's performance wasn't caught on camera - however Sean, Jani, Graham and Xarius' entries were immortalised on tape.
