Joshua Bohui scored his fifth goal in four games to help Brentford to the Final of the Globe competition of the 2014 Dale Farm Milk Cup with a 3-0 victory over Rangers.

The Scottish side were on top in the first-half but, once Brentford took the lead ten minutes into the second-half through Juan Pablo Gonzales Velasco, there was only one outcome.

Luke Dunn made it 2-0 ten minutes from time and Bohui completed the scoring six minutes later to set up a Final with Southampton in Limavady on Friday morning.

High on confidence from their 4-2 win over County Down on Wednesday Brentford started brightly as Giovanni McGregor shot over in the first minute and Bohui then brought the best out of Kieran Wright.

However a big, physical Rangers side soon got into stride and, backed by the majority of the 500 inside Anderson Park, began to take charge of the game.

Liam Burt, who would prove to be a threat all day, shot over from 25 yards before Sam Jamieson forced Ellery Balcombe into his first action of the day.

Burt then hammered a shot from distance against a post before Brentford should have taken the lead, slightly against the run of play, but Dunn pulled his shot wide from 12 yards.

Jamieson was denied by Balcombe twice in a couple of minutes before good play by Julius Fenn-Evans ended with Malachi Simpson shooting at Wright.

The Bees could have gone into the break ahead but McGregor scuffed a shot from 12 yards after good play by Nikola Tavares.

Brentford had ended the first-half well but they were nearly caught out at the start of the second period as Burt saw a shot deflected behind before Rangers missed two great chances in a matter of seconds.

Zachary Birse was robbed by Grant Nelson and the Rangers man raced through one-on-one, he was denied well by Balcombe and then Burt lashed the rebound over from eight yards with the goal gaping.

The Scottish side were made to pay for that miss three minutes later as Jason Krones was dispossessed by Fenn-Evans who unselfishly set up Velasco to roll home into the bottom corner from 12 yards.

Velasco could have made it two five minute later by Wright made the save however The Bees weren't to be denied for long as Kingsley Eshun set up Velasco to draw a good save out of Wright bu Dunn reacted quickest to poke home the rebound.

That goal killed off the contest and Brentford began to play with a real swagger and Velasco nearly scored the goal of the tournament but his volley from 40 yards was gathered by Wright.

The Bees didn't have to wait long for their third as Bohui scored his fifth of the tournament from the edge of the box.

The only mark on the win was the late dismissal of McGregor for an off-the-ball incident but Brentford held on comfortably to set up a Globe final against unbeaten Southampton.
