Brentford travel to Norwich City on Saturday – kick-off 3pm - for their final pre-season friendly match before the start of the Sky Bet Championship campaign on 8 August. The Canaries returned to the Premier League in May after a one season absence courtesy of their 2-0 win over Middlesbrough in the Championship Play-Off Final.

Robert Brady from Hull City has been their latest signing, following the arrivals of Scotland midfielder Graham Dorrans from West Bromwich Albion plus DR Congo midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu this summer. Andre Wisdom has also joined on a year long loan from Liverpool.

Norwich lost 1-0 to West Ham United in their penultimate pre-season friendly. This game was arranged to celebrate 80 years their tenure at Carrow Road, in which The Hammers were the first visitors in 1935. Their pre-season campaign started on 11 July with a 7-0 win over Gorleston, and undertook games in Austria and Germany against Maccabi Haifa and FC Augsburg respectively.
