Stoke return to Griffin Park on Saturday for the first time in four years. That match, also a pre-season friendly, resulted in a 1-0 victory to Brentford. Charlie MacDonald scored a second half header.

After today’s fixture they will play 1. FC Koln and Porto next weekend, with both matches played at the RheinEnergie Stadium in Germany for the Colonia Cup. They kick-off their Barclays Premier League season on 9 August at home to Liverpool.
