As a result of the ongoing issues our ticketing provider is experiencing, we have postponed the sale of all online tickets for the Manchester United game.
To reassure fans who are concerned about being disadvantaged, no tickets were sold online this afternoon, so no one has missed out.
Those who were already here, in person, in the queue were able to buy tickets from the Box Office only allocation. Any further sales have now been suspended until the fixture goes back on sale.
All available tickets will be put back on sale as soon as possible. We will give fans sufficient notice to be able to plan for the new on-sale time.
Because of this, and to avoid any confusion, we will pause the planned introduction of our single sign-on feature for the website that requires a mandatory password reset.
We will now run this process in August when we have a gap of at least four days between sales windows. We will be back in touch with fans nearer the time to let them know when this will take place.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused but please be assured that we are working hard with our suppliers to fix this issue and will update fans in due course.
